Please note that for all groups:

    • A payment of $50 secures a child’s place at the service and is payable on acceptance of enrolment. The deposit is retained as part payment on Term 1 fees. Families eligible for the Kindergarten Fee Subsidy (see below) are not required to pay the deposit. Families experiencing hardship should also discuss any difficulties with the service.
    • A Participation Levy of $100 per family will be added to the Term 1 fees. This will be refunded to families on participation in specified activities which may include; working bees, maintenance and gardening, committee participation or helping during sessions for a minimum of six hours. Eligible concession card holders will not be required to pay this levy. The levy is not intended to be a barrier to participation and families experiencing difficulties should discuss this with the service.
    • The fees published here are for 2016 and subject to change in future years.
    • Hurstbidge Pre-School does not offer before or after hours care though does operate a Walking Bus to the Hurstrbidge Children’s Hub.
    • First term fees need to be paid on or before the Annual General Meeting of the preceding year. The remaining installments are due seven days prior to the end of Term 1, 2 and 3 with no fees payable in Term 4. However, should you be unable to meet this payment, you should speak either to your child’s teacher or the Committee Treasurer in order to make other arrangements. These discussions are always treated discreetly.
    • No cash is to be left at the Pre-School as the Committee cannot take responsibility for lost cash.
